Please read the following very important delivery points

Large orders or large items are sent by pallet courier as they guarantee safe delivery. They will call in advance but be prepared for their delivery as, although most drivers will be helpful, they are not obliged to get the goods into your property, only to it.

For Large orders and pallet deliveries try to have 2 persons on hand to receive it to make life easier.

Someone always needs to be in to sign for goods. Couriers making deliveries can deliver from 8 till 6 and can not be time specific. If you are not home a card will be left. If not convenient then Saturday delivery at a premium is available in the UK or ask a neighbour/friend.

If a pallet courier attempts delivery as pre-arranged by phone and you are not home you are liable to re-pay delivery costs.

If you suspect transport damage, sign the drivers sheet either unchecked or put damaged. Do not refuse the items as they may be fine.

Delivery to Cyprus is road freight and takes significantly longer than mainland EU and can range from 2 to 3 weeks.
