The womb chair fulfils both requirements with a beautifully organic grace. The wide, solid stance of this very functional chair allows the sitter to sprawl out every which way.
Base is a highly polished stainless steel rod. Frame and upholstery is foam over a moulded, reinforced fibreglass shell on chair, and foam cushion over moulded plywood platform on ottoman. Separate seat, back, and ottoman cushions are constructed of polyester fibre with foam core and all covered in a gorgeously soft cashmere fabric!
This timeless classic looks better and better with age and would simply add a touch of class to any living space!
